Font Book- Electra
The font Electra is versitile as it offers a wilde variety of font options to choose from. Within this book each font style is showcased, and used in order to tell a story of how this illustrious font came to be. Highlighted phrases and words point to specific attributes of the font, and things William Dwiggins kept in mind when creating it. The design of the book itself pays homage to the Japanese origions of the font utilizing inky blacks and smooth cream colors, reminicient of sumi-e, as well as including some of the kanji for the aforementioned words and phrases.
